Pacer Health Staffing, Inc. was created by Pacer Corporation’s purchase and merger of Professional Emergency Services, LLC and Professional Emergency Nursing Services, LLC. PES and PENS operated out of the Southern United States, providing Emergency Department services to rural healthcare facilities. After the success and eventual purchase of these companies, Pacer Corporation realized that a more comprehensive healthcare services model was imperative for growth in the industry.
Today, PHS has differentiated itself from the rest of the field by providing ER nurse and physician placement, billing services, practice management services, temporary/ permanent nurse placement, and temporary/permanent physician placement. Our business model, coupled with venerable industry experience and a cost-effective service line, allows us to assess the needs of an individual facility and tailor our services and fee structure accordingly.
