Our Contractual Models
At PHS, we are happy to provide a flexible recruitment model depending upon our clients’ needs.  We understand that every facility has different pains at varying levels of urgency, and our goal is to learn from you and work cohesively to make our relationship as beneficial as possible from day one.  We encourage all of our clients to use the retained model for a more hands-on approach and maximum exposure.  However, the three models below can be utilized individually or comprehensively to satisfy your staffing needs.

  • Retained
    Should you partner with PHS under the retained model, your search will immediately be put on a national stage. From online postings to direct marketing, we will consult with you on what it takes to reach your goals.  A working relationship will be established during an on-site visit and you will personally interact with the recruiter handling your search (es).  Beginning with the procurement/screening of candidates, to the interview process, and concluding with contract negotiations and relocation, we will be partnered with you every step of the way. 

  • Contingent
    We are always open to considering contingent agreements with potential retained clientele. In some cases, our resource pool and network will allow us to provide you a candidate CV or resume for a contingent placement fee. At PHS we understand the importance of accountability and respect, and we welcome the opportunity to prove our competency and enthusiasm via contingent placements.  This is an opportunity for us to utilize our vast resources and potentially make a placement at your facility without having to go the more urgent, retained route. 

  • Locum Tenens
