The first step in every client relationship is for PHS to assess the needs of the individual facility in order to determine how we can best be utilized in a cost-effective manner. A member of our management team will personally visit your facility in order to gain firsthand knowledge of your needs and formulate a strategy to get the issue resolved.

The retainer fee associated with our recruitment process pays for three key components of the process

After initiating the “procurement cycle” your personal recruiter will begin to source candidates who are genuinely interested in your opportunity. These candidates will go through a series of pre-qualification and credentialing processes in order to be certain that they match your established criteria. Once your recruiter determines that the candidate will fit your needs, the candidate’s CV or resume will be submitted to you along with other helpful background and personal information. We will then schedule one or more introductory phone conversations with key representatives of your facility.  If we have determined a solid match with the candidate, we begin to discuss dates for that candidate to visit your facility.

Your recruiter will assist you throughout the entire PHS process. When it becomes time for candidate interviews, we will coordinate with you and assist in the planning of the site visit. We partner closely with several travel agencies and will assist you in coordinating times/dates, correspondence, itinerary development, and follow-up that is crucial in the interview process.

After the candidate interviews at your facility, one of two things will happen. Should the candidate match your expectations after the on-site visit, we will then issue the contract and negotiate accordingly to suit both parties. The recruiter will have formed a trusting relationship with your candidate, allowing for open communication and discovery which proves detrimental to obtaining a signed contract. If for some reason the candidate and your facility do not prove to be a solid match, then your recruiter continues on with the process until the match is secured.
